Terms of the Policy
The terms of this policy represent minimum consequences for each violation. Each member school or school district may administer additional consequences based on the nature of the violation, and when and where it occurred.

The time period during which this policy applies commences as soon as the student participant and their parent or guardian have signed the Student and Parent/Guardian Acknowledgement form at any ASAA member school. The policy and its terms apply through graduation from high school during calendar days as defined in this policy.

Violations of this policy will be cumulative and progressive. If a student transfers from one ASAA member school to another, any cumulative violations will transfer to the new school. These violations will be the basis for determining additional penalties should further violations occur.
